Sometimes group work or employer based development might not be the answer for you. 

We offer one to one career coaching in hour long chunks by phone or face to face. They work really well for people who want to face up to their career demons & develop their employabilty skills, often within a short time scale because they have an interview, promotion application or assessment centre coming up.

What is coaching? Well you can find loads of definitions but we see coaching as simply supporting you to a solution; it involves challenging questions, getting to the heart of the matter & setting clear goals and objectives.

We can meet or talk or even exchange e-mails; whatever suits your location & needs but the key thing is that by investing in one to one career coaching you can really achieve accelerated development in the key skills that will boost your confidence. 

You will also get some really practical CV & interview advice from someone that really knows what the recruiter is thinking...... 

Often a few coaching sessions can help build the confidence you need to get involved with group workshops or to move on further.  All of our clients get unique advice based on their specific needs; whether it's simply help rewriting their CV or a full career MOT.
