Paul has tonnes of experience as a recruiter, trainer, career coach and facilitator. Beginning his career with Endsleigh Insurance and finding his niche in HR as the Recruitment Manager; Paul managed an employer rebrand project, talent retention & attraction strategies and numerous cost & time critical graduate and experienced candidate recruitment campaigns.
 
A fantastic consultancy role working in Paris followed. As an external member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team for AXA; Paul travelled extensively throughout Europe researching the graduate recruitment market and contributing to a set of detailed strategy and budget recommendations to the Global Management Team.  
 
Paul is a recognised British Psychological Society qualified practitioner and is convinced about the added value that personality profiling and emotional intelligence exploration can offer in recruitment, personal and staff development. 
 
Paul is also a member of the Association of Graduate Recruiters and   The Institute of Recruitment Professionals. Consortio is Paul's vision for offering employability skills, confidence and awareness to candidates and added value to employers.

Angie is an award winning facilitator, coach and Arts Manager with over fifteen years experience of working in the creative industries. After working as Creative Manager of an inclusive arts organisation she decided to use her joint passions of creativity and personal development to help to inspire people to achieve their true potential.

As a facilitator Angie trains, supports and encourages people to feel comfortable being confident, passionate and authentic. Her clients have included The BBC, The Prince's Trust, Capita, Future Lab, London 2012 and UWE Bristol.
 
A proud graduate of The Institute for the Development of Human Potential, Angie also relishes sharing her unique take on creative ambition and personal growth through motivational speaking and lecturing. She has worked as Diversity Coordinator on behalf of Arts Council, England and has run national programmes for the Cultural Leadership programme.
 
Angie also works as a professional stand-up comedian, performance poet and actor. Her International charity work includes being overseas Director of Youth with a Vision, a youth arts organisation in Uganda.

For the last twelve years Paul has been a Director of Academy Group; a human resources consultancy that works with organisations in all sectors to help them attract, assess, train and retain staff at all levels.
 
After graduating from Manchester University with a degree in Management Sciences; Paul initially worked in sales environments before developing a career in Recruitment Consultancy. He founded two executive recruitment companies before accepting an offer to join Manpower, the world’s largest recruitment organisation, where he worked for eight years, becoming UK Operations Director for their IT business.
 
Paul has designed and delivered recruitment processes for some of the biggest brands in the UK including Virgin, Lloyds Banking Group and Nationwide. He has a deep understanding of the competencies and behaviours that organisations seek in their employees.
 
Always fascinated by people and performance, Paul now combines his extensive recruitment expertise with coaching experience and deep people insight skills; enabling people to overcome obstacles to career success and helping them to be the best that they can be. He is a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Qualified Solutions Focus Coach and is recognised by the British Psychological Society as a personality profiler.
