A fantastic consultancy role working in Paris followed. As an external member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team for AXA; Paul travelled extensively throughout Europe researching the graduate recruitment market and contributing to a set of detailed strategy and budget recommendations to the Global Management Team. Paul is a recognised British Psychological Society qualified practitioner and is convinced about the added value that personality profiling and emotional intelligence exploration can offer in recruitment, personal and staff development. Paul is also a member of the Association of Graduate Recruiters and The Institute of Recruitment Professionals. He founded two executive recruitment companies before accepting an offer to join Manpower, the world’s largest recruitment organisation, where he worked for eight years, becoming UK Operations Director for their IT business. Paul has designed and delivered recruitment processes for some of the biggest brands in the UK including Virgin, Lloyds Banking Group and Nationwide. He has a deep understanding of the competencies and behaviours that organisations seek in their employees. Always fascinated by people and performance, Paul now combines his extensive recruitment expertise with coaching experience and deep people insight skills; enabling people to overcome obstacles to career success and helping them to be the best that they can be. He is a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Qualified Solutions Focus Coach and is recognised by the British Psychological Society as a personality profiler. |
